Noble House is a 10-storey Grade II listed building in Westminster. The brief of the works was to replace the existing lighting system covering a total of 100,000sg.ft. It was decided to replace all the existing luminaires with a new LED equivalent incorporating daylight dimming. This provided a significant saving of energy, running costs and maintenance. Providing not only one of the largest LED lit buildings in the UK but giving the client full knowledge that they have done everything possible to help the environment. General power, fire alarm, ventilation, & AC systems were also installed to suit the new office refurbished  layout.

In order to fit with the architectural ceiling in parts of the building, BBS worked closely with the lighting manufacture to design bespoke LED lighting. The luminaire worked so well that it has now gone into production and is a showpiece feature for the lighting supplier.
